遠距醫療的法規範修正芻議【月旦時論】 試閱
A Preliminary Study of Legal Norms of Telemedicine
遠距醫療是醫療與通訊科技的結合，且隨著通訊科技的日益成熟，有更多運用的可能性。合宜的遠距醫療，不僅能提升病人利益的保障，更有助公平分配醫療資源。不過，現行的醫師法或醫療法，關於遠距醫療的規範，恐怕未能完全配合社會現實與科技發展，而有相應修正的必要。
Telemedicine is based on the combination of medical and communication technology. Communication technology is more and more advanced, telemedicine will be more and more advanced too. Proper telemedicine can protect the interests of patients, and distribute medical resources fairly. However, Physicians Act and Medical Care Act in operation, is not satisfying the current situation of society and technological development in Taiwan. Legislators should amend the law for telemedicine.
