依統計顯示美容醫學糾紛主要以「收費」、「廣告」爭議最多。如何確保美容醫學廣告的資訊正確性及完整性,除現行的行政管制外,有關廣告的法律效力亦扮演關鍵角色。本文建議應強化消費者保護法第22條的規範功能,以遏止不法廣告,保護民眾權益,促進美容醫學產業健全發展。

英文摘要

According to the statistics,“charge” and “advertisement” are the most common issues on aesthetic medicines. To ensure the information provided in aesthetic medicine advertisements are correct and complete, in addition to the current administrative control, the legal effects of advertisements play key roles as well. This article suggests that the regulatory function of the Article 22 of Consumer Protection Law should be strengthened in order to deter illegal advertisements, protect people’s rights and promote the well developments of the aesthetic medicine industry.
