<p style="font-size:16px;">鉴定为五种法定证据方法之一，有别于其他证据，鉴定系以专门知识经验为基准，并且使用科学方法，其证明力之强大，往往成为诉讼关键，因此鉴定人有科学审判官之称号，然而，法院对于鉴定质量如何审查，甚至是否具有证据能力，一直欠缺有系统分析与反省，本次演讲将从鉴定之提问出发，对于鉴定科学证据应有基本门坎提出说明，再从复数鉴定如何比较取舍优劣，以实务案例见解来说明，希望对于诉讼上鉴定证据方法之应用与理解有所厘清。</p>
