<p style="font-size:16px;">「前事不忘后事之师」在医疗纠纷频传的时代，究竟何种行为会被认定违反注意义务或是未依医疗契约之本旨履约而被法院认定须赔偿病人之损害，甚至严重到应担负刑事责任而须入监服刑反省自己作为之程度，本次演讲将以2015至2020年法院判赔及医师有罪之案例作为分析的标的，以确定的案例提醒医师从事临床工作可能之法律地雷，能更谨慎小心避免可能的风险，并提高注意病人安全，达成医病双赢的目标。</p>
