<p style="font-size:17px;"> 中国大陆逐渐控制新冠肺炎（covid-19）疫情后，在中国大陆的台商企业仍面临国际及两岸政治经济外在长期不确定因素，台商企业本身也面临竞争力不足及市场占有率逐年下降的问题，主、客观情势均已与疫情爆发前不同，因此，台商在后疫情时期，应如何布局投资中国大陆，攸关台商企业重大利益。为此，本讲座拟依中国大陆相关法令规定，分析台商如何面对当前政经情势挑战、把握历史机遇，并分别就组织重整及再造，依据自身条件，配合产业政策及优惠政策，进行转型升级，或进行资产重组、产能分散、业务剥离、股权重组、合并或分立等方式逐一分析。此外，本讲座也将分析在调整投资策略过程中可能发生的争议，如代持或借名登记、合资、股权转让等争议，及如何事先妥为因应，以减少法律风险。</p>
