<p style="font-size:17px;">   性骚扰防治法自2006年施行至今已15年有余，对于性骚扰争议的处理，扮演着重要角色。</p>
<p style="font-size:17px;">   性骚扰防治法所涉及事件中，一部分事件经由主管机关认定处罚后，最终会向行政法院进行救济。一部分事件可能涉及民事损害赔偿，由法院进行判决，一部分事件，例如同法第25条事件会由法院进行刑事审判。据此，可知法院判决与见解，对于性骚扰防治法事件会产生影响。此外，主管机关在办理性骚扰防治法相关事务，有时也会公布解释函令以厘清实务运作上之争议。</p>
