Kevin D. Ashley 教授 簡介：
美國匹茲堡大學法學院與資訊科學系合聘教授，現任 SSCI 期刊《Artificial Intelligence and Law》主編，曾任國際人工智慧與法律學會（International Association for Artificial Intelligence and Law, IAAIL）主席。「法律推理的演算法研究」及「跨境網路法律問題」領域的專家
主持多項美國國家科學基金會（NSF）研究計畫，其研究方向包括法律推理中的案例推理。
2002年，因在法律推理的演算法研究的案例推理和類推論證以及實踐倫理學方面的顯著貢獻，被選為美國人工智慧促進會（American Association for Artificial Intelligence）研究員。
於美國人工智慧促進會、國際人工智慧與法律學會（International Association for Artificial Intelligence and Law）及法律知識系統研究基金會（JURIX）會議報告研究成果。
獲獎
．美國國家科學基金會總統青年學者獎。經歷
．IBM 托馬斯．J．華生研究中心（IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center）訪問學者．義大利波隆納大學高級研究院擔任高級訪問學者及法學院的駐校客座教授，同時也是國際人工智慧與法律學會的前任主席
．美國匹茲堡大學學習研究與發展中心資深研究員、計算與資訊學院智慧系統學程教授、資訊工程系客座教授
