本文分為主管心態、給員工的支持、團隊合作、發生爭議事件後的檢討與改進、協同關係的建立與結論。強調在醫界提倡衝突管理概念是首要任務,「衝突管理」於本公益信託所提之三大理念中亦排名第一。企業會成為一如優良典範的西南航空或眾所唾棄的聯航,其關鍵在於此心態及實質努力,期待臺灣醫界一起努力,營造醫療機構、病方、醫事人員及整體社會共贏的環境。
This article reviewed caring in healthcare institute and social aspect with mindset of supervisor, supporting staff, team cooperation, review for improvement after dispute occurrence, establishment of coordination relationship, and conclusions. The first priority is emphasizing advocacy of conflict management in the medical profession. “Conflict management” is the first in the three concepts of main idea of our Trust (CDPET). The key to what will an enterprise become, good reputation as Southwest Airlines or bad reputation as United Airlines, is in their mindset and real efforts. Looking forward to that Taiwan’s medical community works together to create a win-win environment for medical institutions, patients, medical personnel and the overall society.
