前篇提及現代型調解之沿革及進展，接著說明現代型調解原型（促進式原型）、法院調解（評價式原型）、討價還價式—治療式調解等類型，並用姊妹分橙案及進階版心愛玩偶毀損案來說明「以姊妹分橙紛爭為例說明調解技巧類型」簡介及傳統型調解之案例說明。本文接續介紹狹隘型問題解決式—需求式、狹隘型問題解決式—轉換式、評價式—促進式等調解類型，亦使用姊妹分橙案及進階版心愛玩偶毀損案來說明。
