Safe Environment for Development of Bio-Medical Industry—Responsible Conduct of Research
倫理是行為是否適當的反思。高度競爭的生醫產業，發展過程若沒有適當規範，應該會有相當大的風險。美國研究誠信辦公室推廣的負責任研究行為，似乎是確保生醫產業安全發展之必要項目。負責任研究行為的9項內容，有些已經有相當進展，有些則尚在起步階段。希望藉著大家的努力，打造一個打造生醫產業發展之安全環境。
Ethics is the reflection on whether actions are appropriate. The highly competitive biomedical industry, without proper regulation, carries considerable risk during its development. The Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) promoted by the U.S. Office of Research Integrity appear to be essential for ensuring the safe development of the biomedical industry. We have made considerable progress on some of the nine aspects of RCR, while others are still in their early stages. We hope that through everyone’s efforts, we can create a safe environment for the development of the biomedical industry.
