The Criminal Liability of Fake Drugs in Taiwan: Compared with the “Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act”
開發中國家普遍盛行偽藥，藥物的種類從抗生素到止痛藥等不一而足，但這些國家卻也同時存在衛生條件不佳的問題，偽藥或劣藥的盛行足以減損公共衛生系統的努力，也可能使得傳染病的防治手段失效，形成難以控制的狀態，實應予以注意。
Fake drugs have been a serious problem in developing countries in terms of public health. Based on WHO’s prevalent fake drugs. This article tries to introduce the regulation of fake drugs in Taiwan and in United States. As a result, we find that fake drugs are defined as criminal illegalities in both the two. In other words, creating, holding, or holding with the intention for selling fake drugs are guilty.
