Burnout in healthcare works is one of major problem must be solved for improving medical environment. As a continuation of previous article discussions for general, physician, and nursing staff problem. This article emphasizes the effect of high turnover rate and it’s factors of monetary, nonmonetary and environment. We emphasized that costs may be not as simple as just obvious as what we have thought. Furthermore, one should not consider only monetary factor alone to solve burnout problem substantially and effectively.
