Without it, it is not allowed that a greenborn physician or an intern who has no certification of physician practice medical treatments independently. If a chef physician who is on duty gives medical treatments in person, but lacks of full instructions to the greenborn physicians or the interns, he might have the negligence to the damage the patient have had. Besides, the hospital must be conscientious about the scheduling of the physician in departments and attending, which belongs its duty. Being lack of human power shouldn’t be the reason to justify the medical practice by an intern physician independently without supervision.
