老屋重建路遙遙？
危險老屋重建是房屋所有權人的夢，國家為了協助人民圓夢，在106年5月10制定了「都市危險及老舊建築物加速重建條例」，讓所有權人可以免除冗長的都市更新程序，以更快的速度完成危險老屋的重建，但在危險老屋重建過程中，涉及到契約的訂定、不動產的估價及重建完成後的稅務等問題，為讓有意參與危險老屋重建者瞭解這些問題，本月企劃特別邀集了法律、建築、不動產估價及稅務領域的專家，對於相關的問題，就他們的專業提出評析，供有意參與者瞭解重建過程及重建完成後的相關問題，做出更為完整的規劃。
雜誌簡介
