COVID-19肆虐全球，許多國家依據其所建立之緊急使用授權法制規定，核准疫苗施打使用。我國係依藥事法之規定，核准專案輸入英美依緊急使用授權所核准使用之疫苗，亦核准國內之中藥製劑專案製造並限期使用。

Many countries have approved vaccines based on emergency use authorization during the COVID-19 outbreak. In Taiwan, the approval for both imported vaccines and the manufacture of Chinese medicine are regulated in the Pharmaceutical Law.
