A Stronger Social Safety Net and Participation in Proceedings by the Victim
強化社會安全網，是政府的重要施政，並深受人民關注。社會安全的建構，不能忽略被害人保護，故2020年刑事訴訟法之修正，增設被害人訴訟參與制度，對於被害人保護，頗為重要；但是，對於被害人實質訴訟參與的促進，現行法可能仍有改正空間。
Strengthen the “Social Safety Net” is an important government policy, and people are also very concerned about it. To build social security, we must attach importance to the protection of victims. In 2020, Criminal Procedure Law were amend in Taiwan, lawmakers increased the Participation in Proceedings by the Victim. This system is very important for the protection of victims, but it is not perfect, there is still need for amending the law.
