General Review on the Forensic Psychiatric Evaluation for PTSD (II)
國內性侵害案件在欠缺直接證據時，創傷後壓力症（PTSD）鑑定報告經常成為補強證據之一，然不時引發爭議。本文試著先從精神醫學的觀點介紹PTSD，說明該診斷的流行病學資料、病因、臨床症狀、鑑別診斷、共病、病程與預後，此間將以創傷事件為性侵害的PTSD為重點。再逐漸將PTSD帶入法律的實務界，談談量表在PTSD的使用以及性侵害與PTSD的關聯。最後以司法精神醫學的角度，觀察PTSD鑑定在性侵害案件中的功能，並分享實務運作上的鑑定流程。
The forensic psychiatric evaluation for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is usually treated as one of corroborating evidence when there is no direct evidence in sexual assault trials in Taiwan. However, it has raised controversies. From the perspective of forensic psychiatry, this study tries to illustrate PTSD with its epidemiology, etiology, clinical presentation, differential diagnosis, comorbidity, clinical course and prognosis. The paper focuses on PTSD after the sexual assault. It also reviews the PTSD screening tools and the relationship between the sexual assault and PTSD. Finally, the roles of forensic psychiatric evaluation for PTSD in sexual assault trials are further explored. The article shares practical experience in forensic psychiatric evaluation process for PTSD.
