隨著互聯網技術的發展及醫療衛生服務總需求量的增長,互聯網醫療廣告得到了迅速的發展。而互聯網醫療廣告的監管採用的仍是傳統的監管模式,對醫療行業的發展和健康中國的建設造成了不利影響。因此,監管部門應當適應互聯網時代的要求,建立新型的、有效的互聯網醫療廣告監管模式。

英文摘要

With the development of Internet technology and the increase of the total demand for medical and health services, Internet medical advertisement has developed rapidly. The regulation of Internet medical advertisement still adopts the traditional regulatory mode, which has adversely affected the development of the medical industry and the construction of healthy China. Therefore, the regulators should adapt to the requirements of the Internet era and establish a new and effective regulatory mode of Internet medical advertisement.
