The Concurrent Issue about Using Narcotics Repeatedly

多次施用毒品的行為，應如何認定其罪數，存有爭議。目前，司法實務上，原則將之論以數罪併罰，例外論以接續犯。不過，學說另有認為，基於施用毒品行為的特質，立法者應有將該行為預設為反覆實行的行為，宜論以集合犯。

In Taiwan, the concurrent issue has different opinions about using narcotics repeatedly. In principle, the court held that combined punishment for several offences; in exception, the court held that continuing offence. However, some scholars believe that must consider the features of using narcotics repeatedly, collective offence is a better view.
