在我國，遺棄嬰兒與殺死嬰兒的悲劇一再發生，此等事件往往被視為當事人個人問題，而不是政策面問題。本文探討其他國家對嬰兒保護之法律，包括德國秘密生產制度、日本嬰兒信箱制度，與美國避風港法制，以提供我國未來建構「新生兒保護」法理基礎。
In Taiwan, the tragedies of infant abandonment and murder are recurring, often viewed as personal issues for the individuals involved rather than policy issues. This article explores the laws protecting infants in other countries, including Germany’s secret birth system, Japan’s baby box system, and the United States’ safe haven laws, to provide a legal foundation for future development of “newborn protection” in Taiwan.
