Building A Pregnancy and Childcare Friendly Environment in Medical Workplace
根據醫師勞動條件改革小組所作的「醫師職場性別友善調查」,有68%的女醫師擔心懷孕會影響其職業生涯發展,甚至有13%的女醫師曾被要求簽署文件,用以承諾不得懷孕,可見醫師職場對於孕產育兒的不友善。因此本文將從此份報告出發,就人力與專科訓練、母性保護、哺乳幾點,分析為何醫療職場仍存在著如此強烈的懷孕歧視且不適合女醫師生產,並檢視臺灣現行之相關法令,試圖提出可行改善建議,以期建立對於孕產育兒友善的醫療職場環境。
According to the “Medical Workplace Gender-Friendly Survey” by the Medical Labor Group, 68% of female physicians worry that pregnancy will affect their care development, and 13% of female physicians have been required to commitment not to be pregnant by sign documents. It can be seen that the medical workplace is not friendly to pregnancy and childcare. Therefore, this article will start from this report, with human resources, specialty training, maternal protection, and breastfeeding, analyze why there is still such strong pregnancy discrimination in the medical workplace, and causing the female physician’s not want to pregnant. Reviewing the relevant domestic laws and regulations, and trying to propose feasible improvement suggestions to establish a pregnancy and childcare friendly environment in medical workplace.
