Legal Issues of Telemedicine: German Perspectives

鑑於醫療技術之發展，放寬遠距醫療之使用已成為國際趨勢，惟醫療品質及病人安全之利益亦應兼顧。本文透過德國法制之比較，期待能發揮一定之借鏡作用。

Due to rapid development of medical technology, making use of remote treatment has become a global trend. Meanwhile, quality of treatment and interest of patient should also be ensured. This article deals with relative discussions in german law, in order to bring some inspirations.
