Had a medical contract between the hospital and patients been signed when the patient who lacked the ability to express because of coma was sent into the hospital and had medical treatments? What kind of civil right to claim a compensation for the damage to the hospital or physicians does the patient have after the medical lawsuit occurred? These are the common issues which arose from medical lawsuits.
