在疾病治療過程中，病人若因嚴重的藥物不良反應而導致預期之外的死傷，有可能使醫病關係陷入緊張，甚至成為醫療糾紛導火線。本文透過各種訴訟外處理機制的介紹，使讀者了解在藥害事故發生時，如何透過各種機制運用，一方面加強對病人的溝通和協助；另一方面透過通報來提升用藥安全。
When patients suffered from unexpected deaths or injuries that caused by severe adverse drug reactions, the doctor-patient relationship would become tense and even result in medical disputes. Through the introduction of various alternative dispute resolutions, this article addressed how to enhance the communication and assistance to patients when drug-related injuries occurred, and improve drug safety through notification.
