醫患溝通中的太極文化與中醫疾病觀【醫學人文】 試閱
Taiji Culture and Traditional Chinese Medicine View on the Disease in Doctor-Patient Communication
醫患關係是人文醫學研究的核心主題之一,也是社會關係、人際關係的縮影,涉及生命健康,使之尤為複雜且莊重神聖。臨床中,醫師必須要有足夠的資訊、明確的判斷、坦誠的溝通、真切的理解患者對於疾病的感受,注重診治的規範化、個體化和個性化,才能為患者提供優質的醫療服務。本文從太極文化與中醫疾病觀的理論角度出發,簡要介紹上述理論對醫師溝通技能的提升及增進醫患交互體驗感,所具有的重要理論意義與臨床價值。
The doctor-patient relationship is one of the core subjectsin the humanistic medicine. It is also the epitome of socialrelationship and interpersonal relationship. It involveslife and health, making it particularly complex andsolemn.In clinical practice, doctors must master enoughinformation, have clear judgment, frank Communication,real understanding to patients’ feelings on the diseases, andpay attention to the standardizationand individualizationof diagnosis and treatment, so as to provide high-qualitymedical service for patients. Based on the theory of TaijiCulture and traditional Chinese medicine view ondisease,this paper briefly introduces the important theoreticalsignificance and clinical value of the above theories onimproving doctors’communication skills and enhancingdoctors- patients’ interactive experience.
