2024年2月發生豬肉產品驗出微量西布特羅的事件。本文探討乙型受體素西布特羅的毒性、食品安全衛生管理法及動物用藥管理法有關禁止西布特羅的規定,進而分析食品安全衛生管理法食品下架的原理及相關規範,並對於「食品衛生安全預防性下架原則」所訂定之食品下架程序進行檢討。

In February 2024, minute quantity Cimbuterol was detected in pork product in the market. This article discusses the toxicity of the β-agonist Cimbuterol and the ban on Cimbuterol under the Food Safety and Sanitation Act and the Veterinary Drugs Control Act. Further, this article analyzes the relevant provisions on preventive withdrawal under the Food Safety and Sanitation Act, and finally reviews the procedures for preventive product withdrawal under the “Food Hygiene and Safety Preventive Withdraw Principles”.
