In recent years, the shortage of healthcare personnel has been a significant challenge faced by Taiwan’s medical industry. Evident are recurring scenarios such as hospitals experiencing complete staff shortages in various departments, along with deficiencies in personnel and funding within rural regions. Concurrently, the United States is confronting analogous challenges. The escalating shortfall of healthcare professionals has prompted pertinent institutions in the United States to undertake noteworthy research endeavors and proffer insightful recommendations.
