Climate change has harmed the natural environment. The cause of climate change comes from the emission of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases in modern society. In order to maintain the health of the next generation and allow the sustainable development of the earth’s ecology, medical institutions such as hospitals and clinics must also pay more attention to issues such as net-zero emissions and carbon reduction. This article introduces Japan’s carbon reduction measures and legal strategies for medical institutions in recent years, hoping to provide my country with a reference for joint efforts to achieve net-zero emissions and gradually slow down climate change.
