The Pharmacist’S Obligations of Information during Dispensing and Selling Medicines
藥師受理處方調劑交付藥品，依法應於藥袋上標示適應症、警語或副作用，並對病人進行用藥指導。藥師販賣藥品，皆應對購用藥品者說明應該注意的事項。藥師違反標示及說明義務，將受行政罰鍰處分，並得移付懲戒，涉及刑事與民事應負侵權責任。
While dispensing prescriptions, pharmacists shall instruct the patients for drug administration. And indications, warnings or adverse reactions should be indicated on the medication pack at the same time. Pharmacists shall always inform all the precautions when selling medicines. Those who violet the obligations of labeling and information will be subjected to administrative penalties and may be subjected to disciplinary measures. Tort liabilities shall be filed when the violations involve criminal or civil damages.
