Discussion and Planning of Doctor's Labor Rights and Interests
臺灣人口結構已邁入高齡社會，疾病型態轉以多重慢性為主，醫療需求與日俱增，導致醫療服務量與醫療人力資源逐漸失衡，也凸顯出醫事人員勞動權益問題。近年來，醫師過勞與醫療糾紛案件時有所聞，使得是否將醫師納入「勞動基準法」（以下簡稱勞基法）保障之討論聲浪四起。因此，如何在符合民眾醫療照護期待的同時，也能兼顧醫師勞動權益並創造合理的醫療環境，已成為社會大眾關注並期望有效解決之議題。
In order to protect doctor and patient’s rights and interests, the act with an established system should be discuss and planned for improve the medical quality. That means doctors should have work hours appropriate for avoid tiredness and raise the quality of medical services. It is important and urgent to discuss and plan more reasonable work hours as well as work environment regulations
