本文透過分析患者期望值的概念及導致其具有可變性和不確定性的影響因素,初步提出通過加強醫患溝通,採用手術律師見證制度及鼓勵患者購買手術意外險來合理降低患者期望值,從而有效地進行醫療風險的管控,努力提高患者滿意度,使醫患關係和諧發展。
This dissertation analyzes the concept of patients’ expectations and the influencing factors that lead to variability and uncertainty. In order to reduce patients’ expectations legitimately, strengthen the doctor-patient communication, and Take advantage of the preoperative lawyer witness system to encourage patients to purchase surgery accident insurance initially. By using these methods, controlling the medical risk effectively and improving the patient satisfaction, achieving the goal of harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship.
