醫師說明及告知義務，其具體內容包括各種診療之適應症、必要性、方式、範圍、預估成功率、可能的副作用和發生機率、對副作用可能的處理方式和其危險、其他替代可能的治療方式和其危險及癒後狀況、藥物或儀器的危險性與副作用等事項。

To fulfill the obligation to disclose, diagnoses of physicians include indications, necessities, methods, the scope, the success rate of prognoses, possible side effects and their rate of occurrences, treatments of the side effects and their risks, alternative treatments and their hazards or conditions of after treatments, risks and side effects of medicines or instruments.
