Concepts and Definitions about Terms in Medical Dispute: Part 1.General View and Cognitive Difference
在具有諸多歧見的議題上，大抵都有一個共通點，就是除了見解上的差異外，相關名詞在定義上，也常存有相當大的歧見，且國內與國外相對的名詞翻譯也常有所不同，因而造成探討上的障礙，對涉獵不深的學者或學子也造成容易誤解而不易掌握的情形。因此，在進入重要名詞定義之前，首先要了解關於使用同一名詞的方式，不只有定義是重要的，在進入定義的討論之前要先討論概念。本文為此系列探討之一，包含總論及諸多重要個別名詞的第一個—「認知差異」。期待透過這樣的探討，能夠凝聚基礎共識，作為醫療爭議相關研究之基礎。
Probably there is one thing in common on issues with many different opinions, that is, in addition to that, there are often considerable differences in the definition of related nouns, and also, there are often relative different translations between domestic and foreign nouns. As a result, these caused obstacles to discussion of that issue, and it is also easy to misunderstand and difficult to grasp for scholars or students who are not deeply involved. Therefore, before entering the definition of important nouns, we must first understand the way to use the same noun, not only the definition is important, but also to discuss the concept before entering the discussion of definitions. This article is one of a series of discussions, including general remarks and first one of many nouns-cognitive differences. Hoping that through such discussions, the basic consensus can be gathered as a basis for research related to medical disputes.
