Suggestions for Taiwan from the Care Policy of Mother-Child-Equipment in Prison in the United Kingdom
本文旨在介紹英國攜子入監的照護政策，包含適用對象、申請對象、核准入監安置之評估要項、在監安置狀況評估要項，以及相關實務現況等內容，依此對照我國攜子入監制度照護政策之規範與實務現況，與英國相比較，並提出我國可借鏡思考之處。
The purpose of this article is to discuss and introduce the care policy of the system for Mother-Child-Equipment in Prison in United Kingdom, including the applicable objects, evaluation points for approved placement in prison, key points for evaluation of placement status in custody, and the relevant practical status. Next, it also explains the current status of the norms and practices of the care policy of mother-child-equipment in prison in Taiwan, compares it with that in United Kingdom, and proposes what Taiwan can learn from.
