The medical informed obligation is a very important issue in medical practice and in arguments of medical malpractice. This article links the practice of both in medical and legal aspects. And illustrates the use of communication with caring in medical practice through case studies. Hope to improve the situation in which both doctors and patients have suffered from the hardships under the current way of dispute resolution.
