英文摘要

In caring for workers, healthcare institutions are mainly concerned about the staff ’s sense of powerlessness which come from three sources: 1. The burnout problems of healthcare workers; 2. The overall medical environment lack of personnel caring; 3. To give medical personnel professional training in this regard. Supervisors to really effective and substantial care of employees, must have the basic elements include: attention to employees, three altitudes and three actions. These are the basic elements of care.
