A severance pay is based on the “average pay.” It’s meaning and range are therefore very important. A judgment would be introduced in this article that a labor contract of one of the nursing staff was terminated and the severance pay was required at the same time. However, both of them had disputes on the range of the pay. By introducing this judgement, the meaning and the range of the pay would be discussed.
