The Death Because of Fournier's Gangrene Case: The Confirmation of Causality of the Medical Responsibility
Suffering from the Fournier’s gangrene which deteriorates quickly, the victim in this case dad because of the septic shock in less than one month. During this period, he suffered from Scrotal Swelling, Cellulitis and the Fournier’s gangrene in the end. The Physician was accused of a negligent homicide according to paragraph 276 section 2 of Criminal Law. It would be emphasized in this case that the confirmation of causality by the concept of the calculation.
