從止痛藥品使用不當案件鳥瞰臺灣對於麻醉藥品管制及使用規範【醫事綜探】 試閱
Look Down to the Regulations of the Control and the Use of Narcotic Drugs from Improper Use of Painkilling Drugs
據統計，臺灣民眾1年約使用9億顆止痛藥，且逾200件因服用止痛藥產生不適之通報案件，事實上止痛藥不當使用之情形並不僅限於臺灣，在美國，每天約有115人因服用過量的鴉片類止痛藥物而喪命。作為因應，本文擬扼要介紹止痛藥品之種類與相關藥品使用之管制及其罰則等，俾利民眾對藥品之不當使用能有初步認識。
According to statistics, Taiwanese people use about 900 million painkillers in a year, and more than 200 notified cases of phyical discomfort caused by taking painkillers. In fact, improer use of painkillers is a global issue. In the United States, there are about 115 people per day killed by overdose — taking too much opioid painkillers. In response briefly, this article intends to introduce types of painrelieving drugs, the control of the use of controlled drugs, the related regulations and penalties to make the public gain preliminary common knowledge of improper use of drugs.
