“No Teeth” Unforgettable: Talking about the Orthodontic Medicine and Judicial Disputes
本文探討牙科領域中齒顎矯正醫學的治療，特別是因此而帶來術後美觀與否的爭議，本文以臺灣司法判決進行分析，可知已有採用客觀基準者，如側顱分析法再輔以軟組織外觀的判斷，來作為裁判的基礎，以避免言人人殊的狀況發生。
This article shows the treatment of orthodontic medicine in the dental field, especially the controversy over the post-treatment aesthetics outcome. From the analysis of Taiwan’s judicial decisions, objective benchmarks have been adopted. For example, cephalometric x-ray tracing and the appearance of soft tissue is supplemented by the judgment as the basis of the reference to avoid situations in which people speak differently.
