On Reasons for the Litigation between Physicians and Patients from the viewpoint of Legal Praxis
醫療中最常出現在新聞媒體的關鍵詞莫過於急診室，除了急診暴力外，還有急診壅塞、急診制度及急診醫療糾紛之問題，又諸如轉診、誤診，以及採取錯誤的侵入性治療等，均為引發急診科別糾紛之成因。本文擬以司法實務視野，觀察急診科別之刑事醫病訴訟成因，簡要探究檢傷分類、會診分工及急診時告知說明之環節。
No other place than the emergency department would so often be the topic of the news medica. Beside the violence there, overcrowding there, the problems about the emergency system and medical litigation in the emergency department, transfer, misdiagnosis, and mistaking an invasive treatment would be the reasons for the medical litigation. With the viewpoint of legal praxis the essaywould analyze the reasons for the criminal litigation between physicians and patients in the emergency department, focusing on the parts like the triage, the consultation and the disclosure.
