本篇承接〈醫療糾紛處理之醫事人員心力交瘁問題與對策(一):總論〉之後,探討醫師過勞問題,對形成醫師過勞原因的本質有酬勞的不對等、自主性被剝奪及腦力匱乏,影響層面遍及醫師本身及家屬、同事、病人及醫療機構團體,本文探討其所造成的後果如醫師本人的憂鬱自殺傾向增加進而影響醫療安全,並形成惡性循環之問題,反思臺灣醫療環境背景的在此問題特別嚴重性。
This article aims at physician’s burnout problem as continuous reports from last one-general concept of healthcare staff’s burnout. The origins of stress that caused burnout of physician were 3: asymmetrical rewards, loss of autonomy, and cognitive scarcity. It can affect physician himself, families, colleges, and institute or group. The results are increase of physician’s depression, suicide rate and affect patient’s safety. These will cause more burnout and hence vicious circle at last. Then we will discuss that why the medical environment of Taiwan is particular worse as well.
