本文針對衝突管理理念在醫療機構的運用，從衝突、管理、認知、衝突管理的方法及理念進展介紹。結合敘事著手及關懷理念，並擴展衝突管理的施行到事前預應的預防、事中的因應及事後檢討除錯的回應。

This article aims to introduce followings: 1. The application of conflict management in medicare institute; 2. The concept of conflict, management, recognition, and methods of conflict management; 3. Further discussion of combined concept of conflict management with narrative approach and caring; 4. Extension of conflict management’s application from prevention to response and disclose of error.
