The Application of Facilitative Communication Skills in Communication with Caring
日常生活中有許多溝通是無效溝通,尤其是在衝突的情況下,更加如此。溝通關懷的三大技能包括察覺力、支援力與轉換力。轉換力即促進溝通力,是以協助方式讓溝通或交涉能夠達到心境認知的轉換,即有效溝通,從而達到良好的溝通解決爭議及或個人的增長。本文利用案例探討,提供促進溝通的技巧如何應用在溝通關懷上。期能達成有效溝通、個人增長及有效解決爭議。
There are many communications in daily life that is ineffective, especially in conflict situations. Communication with caring contains three skills: perception and analysis, support with listening and asking, and transformation. Transformation is facilitative communication. It is an assisting way to enable communication or negotiation to achieve the transformation of recognition and effective communication, thereby achieving good communication to resolve disputes and/or personal growth. This article uses case studies to provide tips on how facilitative communication can be applied to communication with caring. Hope it can be a way to achieve effective communication, personal growth and effective resolution of disputes.
