現代調解建立後形成一股發展的運動，其中被認為有四種故事，滿足、社會正義、轉換與壓迫的故事，各有其論調與主張者，本文擬介紹這四種故事組作為我國調解發展的基礎，以期發揮調解可能有的理想與功能。

After the establishment of modern mediation, movements of development were formed and recognized. These are known as four stories: stories of satisfaction, social justice, transformation and oppression, each with its own arguments and advocates.
