利用社群媒體或是影音平臺表達意見或是抒發心情，已經是現今網路文化的重要一環，但若涉及傳遞不實的醫療資訊時，則可能受到社會秩序維護法的規制，論者實應注意言論自由的底線。此外，管轄機關在面對此類案例時，也應該掌握法律明確性原則，確保作成合法的處分結果。

The use of social media or audio-visual platforms to regulated by the Social Order Maintenance Law, and users should pay more attention about the limit of freedom of speech. In addition, when dealing with such cases, the authority should also follow the principle of legal certainty to ensure legal administrative sanction is imposed.
