Common Errors III

文章發表:2015/02/24

This week, because it’s the holiday period and I’m guessing you won’t have much time for English, I’m going to present you with two kinds of common errors people make in Taiwan.

Task 1: Study the error box.
Frequent Error Box: feel & like
Wrong
Right
 feel / fell / fell

 I very like…

 feel / felt / felt

 fall / fell / fallen

 I really like…

Notes:
Don’t confuse the past tenses of ‘feel’ and ‘fall’. These two irregular verbs are easy to confuse.
Never say “I very like…” It’s Chinglish!
