網路發達後，讓原來必須親自面對面的活動，有了新的選擇。調解處理的是有著紛爭的雙方，有時會有劍拔弩張的情況，甚至發生死傷悲劇，讓人思考是否有些情形必須採用遠距調解較為合適。本文就遠距調解現況、各國前例，以及可能的發展性探討，並提出建議。

Face to face is not only choice procedure of mediation, after well development of internet. Mediation involves parties with dispute, sometime its quite vigorous, that even there is injury or death occurred during or after mediation. Those kinds of tragedy happen, makes us wonder if there is some situation that online mediation is better choice. This article discusses current situation of Taiwan, precedence of online mediation in other country and possible development, and suggestions.
