本文介紹和臺灣非常類似的法國醫療糾紛刑事訴訟制度，包括交付審判、刑事附帶民事等。因為制度類似，比較其現況、造成這樣的原因背景及因此帶給醫師的壓力更可以有所參考之處，期待將來能夠在政策上作為參考的基礎。
This article describes the criminal procedure system for medical malpractice in France that is very similar to Taiwan, including setting for trials and supplementary civil action. Because both systems are very similar, we can have a better reference through this comparison. This article compares their situation to ours about current medical malpractice situation, background reasons, and pressure of doctors. Hope this article can be of use as a basic reference for establishment policy.
