Possible Myths of the Regulation of Medical Institutions in Taiwan

我國醫療法及相關規範對於醫療機構的設立與經營加以管制，究其修正歷程，似希望醫療機構得以在更高強度的管制下，一則得以永續經營機構，又能達成經營醫療活動非以營利為目的的理想。本文將介紹醫療法與相關規範情況，並提出相應的討論。

The Medical Care Act and associated rules govern the establishment and management of medical institutions. The aim of these regulations is to ensure the sustainable development of medical institutions while maintaining their nonprofit orientation. This article presents the current regulatory framework established by the Medical Care Act and associated rules and insights from its author.
